BATTLE OF THE FLUB, KILOMETER 1749, WEIGHT 212 LBS. DISTANCE 48 KM. TIME 2 HRS. 10 MINUTES.
Got over to Granville Island and got me some donuts at my favorite Donut shop and stopped off to listen to the "Quaint Hearted trio". Good musicians but their music was not my cup of tea so left early and came back to Gastown.
The bicycle is very much in fashion these days and the seawall was crowded with cyclists and hikers. I got the majority of my ride completed before the rush and had a cappuccino with Kenny "V" at Delany's. We are off to Costco tomorrow for my monthly food run.
There is a first time parade tonight which I will add to the blog after the fireworks. To all my friends out there, Greetings on our 142nd birthday from the best country in the world! We are so lucky!
Ciao, JWL
