CRASHED again

My Blog site crashed again last night and after I got it back up my bookmarks had disappeared. I have managed to get a Neighborhood started with those sites I follow in Blog-city but this widget will not accept outside blog sites so will be putting daughter Heather's site on my blog prompt e mails instead.
Blog-city for some reason has yahoo as a partner and its most annoying having to give a password and e mail address every time you dial up someone in Blog-city. This years subscription is up at the end of December and I will probably be migrating to another site.

Sorry Blog-city but I detest yahoo because they are invasive and cavalier about privacy and want to plaster your e mail address all over the internet.
Reflecting on the first year of Barrack Obama and find myself underwhelmed by his performance. The troops are still in Iraq and the military budget has gone through the roof again, the fat cats at the banks are supposedly too big to fail and welfare for the rich is still the order of the day. Meanwhile health care will be even more expensive with the insurance companies and the pharmaceutical companies galloping in to blunder the rapidly expiring corpse of the American middle class armed with that dog's breakfast of a bill coming out of the Senate and the House of Representatives.
The man has fine oratorical skills and has performed the magic trick of telling the American people that he would change the way things were done and quelled the revolutionary spirit of the people by hoodwinking them into believing that their votes actually meant something. The man is a sham, and like the old boss "W", full of sh*t.
Man, am I ever grumpy today.
