MELATONIN AND DREAMS

posted Tuesday, 13 October 2009

GET A ROOM

Have been taking melatonin to help me sleep and it has triggered a series of very erotic dreams in technicolor. Last nights dream was so realistic it didn't seem like a dream.

The dreams started with me arriving to pick up a date to go to a movie and like a movie it had a sound track which started with James Taylor and  Carle Simon singing "Mockingbird"
which I have playing right now as I write this. My date was a composite of many young women of my acquaintance  not someone I had ever been with if you know what I mean.

She came out with me and got into my Porsche, it is a dream remember, and we drove to the theater. I rushed around to open her car door and noted she wasn't wearing any panties. Not something the girls of my day would do or was I just too stunned to notice.

As we walked the two or three blocks to the theater the Rolling Stones were playing from Voodoo Lounge "You can't always get what you want." and we were holding hands and making small talk. We got to the theater and bought our tickets after standing in line for a bit. Then the usual overpriced popcorn and drinks and we took our seats to Carle Simon's "You're so vain" and the movie started and Annie Lennox singing "No more I love you's" and dammit I woke up.

I guess sometimes dreams are a way of filling in the blanks about things missing from our lives that we don't consciously think  about. I haven't been on a "date" for at least fifteen years and surely not with a girl who forgot her panties, ha ha.

Ciao, JWL

Just a word to the wise. Be care about using melatonin. As you know it is produced naturally by the body and effects the body regarding sleep. Bad dreams I'm told can be the result of the body production, and the the intake of it in capsule form to be too much, and it causes an overdose reaction. Just a thought. Sleep restfully, DJD DJD
