REFLECTIONS ON A "SALTY TONGUE"

miles
sketches of spain
coffee in the tongue
in out of the rain
almost too perfect
an instant the photographer
wants to freeze in time
while the writer searches for the perfect rhyme
almost too good for an imperfect world
a mere fraction of a second
in the story being told
no punctuation in the poet's oration
so welcome to our long table
the old, the not so old, and the young
welcome
to sean and erin's
Salty Tongue

What a wonderful poem of welcome to your club and wonderful pictures in off of the outside rainy street where people enter to sit sip coffee and do their daily meet and greet - billy

What an interesting use for a long thin space. It's made even more interesting with words and pictures. Thank you.
